This photo is from the Richford High School Minstrel Show about 1950 or 1951. Our Superintendent Tobin Haggerty started these performances about 1949. This was the "Alabama Special" train in the background. I can probably identify all these people if anyone is interested. I was a member of the class of 1951 as is my husband Bruce Hodgman. My brother Don Bicknell is also in the photo

Following the show the Kake Walkers performed. Some were couples and some 2 guys. It was great fun. The cakes were consumed at private parties at some of the homes of the Walkers.
