Description
The man on the right appears to be Herbert Wheaton Congdon. This slide comes from a series of photos taken during Herbert Wheaton Congdon's journey along the Long Trail from Mount Mansfield to the Brandon-Rochester Pass in 1914. Accompanying Congdon were three non commissioned officers of the 23rd Regiment NY National Guard, Company A.
