Physical Description
Collation: Parchment, fol. i (modern parchment?) + 203 + i (modern parchment?). Layout: Written in 2 columns of about 37-39 lines; ruled in dry point. Decoration: Initial "Q" (fol. 5r) is red with knotted decoration. Entries marked with plain red initials. Red paragraph marks.
Binding
Binding is of wooden boards and half parchment with musical text. If original, binding is repaired and has a modern clasp.
Script
Written in a small, medium grade Hybrida script with round cursive "s" in final position and high initial "v". Commentary in another hand, as on fol. 197v and 198r. Entries on fol. 197r are scraped off or crossed out. Cup ring on fol. 54r.

The text of this alphabetically arranged confessor's handbook is preceded by a table of contents, fol. 1r-4r.
