Layout: Written in 2 columns of 20 lines, below top line; ruled in light brown ink. Decoration: Blue, brown, and gold dentelle verse initials and line fillers. Central border between columns with vegatal decorations in green, red, and white; and long-billed bird in lower right margin on recto. Outer margin border and a brown tailed red dragon-like creature with human head wearing a blue pointed hat in right, bottom margin of verso.

English, 14th century, not 13th. The 2-column format would be exceptionally unusual if it were from a Book of Hours, and a bit less unusual if it were from a Psalter.
