Mar. 28, 1941 dated photo. View of sewer construction on College Street looking westerly from South Prospect Street in front of the University of Vermont's new Waterman Memorial Building. The Street Department's Universal Crane can be seen in the distance handling excavation with the clamshell bucket and lowering tile into the trench. Elm trees line the street.
