December 9, 1942. Hayward Street Looking Northerly from the Intersection of Catherine Street.This view shows Hayward Street looking northerly from the intersection of Howard Street. Note that curb construction is continuing through cold weather in order to put the street in passable condition to leave for the winter. Final surfacing is to be done in the spring.
