Cathedral Grammar School or CYO basketball team. A Merola is the coach,the boys in the middle row are Pat Rideout,left and Dennis Daley, right. In the first row touching the ball is Bob Desautels.

If you are interested in accuracy, this is a picture of the Cathedral High School JV basketball team. In the second row stands David Lemnah and not Pat Rideout. To the left of Coach Merola stands Pat McKenzie and kneeling next to Bob Desautels is Gary Desautels. Unfortunately, I can't remember the names of the other people. Dennis G. Daley

As you're looking at the photo, Roger Vachereau is standing in the upper right hand side. I think the boy on Coach Art Merola's right side (left side of photo) is Ronnie Ragis. The boys on the middle row are Chip (David?) Lemnah and Denny Daley. Mike Pearo is in the front row, #7 on his shirt. Denny identified some of the others in his posting. My class began high school at Cathedral. In our senior year, it became Rice Memorial High School. We were the first class to graduate from Rice, 1959.
