April 18, 1934. Sewer Construction - Richardson St. looking North from Home Ave. showing rock excavation. Note size of boulders, which were encountered in sewer ditch in addition to ledge, also note heavy clay soil all of which items raised the normal cost of construction. No. 14 in a series.
