1943 / 1944 Vergennes High School girls basketball team and coaches in the school gymnasium. Ball held by youngest member (front, center) is dated "43-44." (Vergennes high school was built in 1871, replaced in 1959 by Vergennes Union high school, and demolished in 1964.) Photo #1.
