My Great Aunt, Berl Morrill, told me that the business was located to this spot from South Winooski Avenue to escape all the traffic "downtown".

I was told as a child named after A.D.Pease co .,how I really cant say.I remember a Mrs Morrill and walking in to a large office "leather chairs and a big desk - - -up stairs on the east side of the building " Peasco delivered grain to our farm for years. thank you. comment to ; ozzyos13@comcast.net
