My dear Sir:
Permit me to introduce to your notice Mr. Tewksbury of Boston Mass. who takes an interest in our Military movements and is about to visit your camp. There is no doubt of his patriotism.
Let me say that our delegation will not forget you or spare any labor in having justice secured to your merits.
