Description

Nazareth School, Class of 1949 (as indicated in the lower left corner of photo) with Rev. (Msgr.) Joseph Pariseau, pastor, and William F. Laliberte, curate. This is the first class to wear traditional caps and gowns. The school (20 Allen St., Burl.) was renamed St. Joseph School in 1961 (another Burl. school by the same name had closed) and then closed in 2010 because of declining enrollment. Photo #2.
