Scope and Content
The Warren Robinson Austin Papers include correspondence, speeches and writings of Austin, notes and notebooks, legislative bills and drafts, printed and published material, memoranda, newspaper clippings, documents, photographs, slides and assorted memorabilia. The 110 linear feet of records are housed in nine file drawers, 110 document boxes, one oversize drawer, and 17 assorted parcels and cartons. The papers, 1877-1962, span Austin's whole career, and are arranged under the headings indicated under the Container List.
