I send you by Express three hundred Dollars- wich will make a very good years work for the last year. I still have to leave it all to Father Beebe's judgment what to do with it. I should think however it would pay well to buy Sheep if he does have to pay high for them. Wool will be very high for five years certain. I do not think it would be very bad to pay from 3 to four dollars for good large Sheep ewes for the increase will pay the interest. pick out choice ones if he has to pay high for it cost as much or more to keep a poor one. I believe it will pay better than "five twenties". Shall have some more soon to put into "five twenties" to make up the two thousand. The army remains the same no news. all well.
