I send you $200- we were pd day before yesterday I got a letter from you to day & find my horse is not on the way from Brattleboro I am very sorry he is not coming I am in great need of a horse and cant get one here now If he is not already on his way have Father send him to N.Y. immediatley and transportation can be got by applying to Genl S- We are some expecting another attack here and at Newbern and we are very busy building breast works &c if the Rebs come again they will repent I assure you. I want the horse if it cost $100 to get him here
